Youth Ministry

The student ministry at Leawood seeks to really impact a teenager's life. It is our desire to minister in a way to see these students come to a personal relationship with Christ through relevant Bible study, mixed with games, activities and fellowship. Leawood's student ministry provides a safe and comfortable place to students to connect with God and develop friendships with other youth who desire to strengthen and grow in their walk with the Lord.

Sunday Morning Bible Study

This is a time where students can interact with each other in a small group format, to fully develop an understanding of God's word. During this time they discuss Bible passages, stories, and relate these to modern day issues.

Sunday Night Discipleship

During this time all age group of student gather to go deeper in to God's word. Teenagers can be challenged by answering questions and discussing practical issues that they face on a daily basis, both at church, at home and at school.

Wednesday night Bible Study

Student gather together on Wednesday's for Bible study and worship. A key aspect of our Wednesday nights is the time of prayer, in which students can make decisions based on God's direction.
