Senior Adult Ministry (SAM)

Our senior adults play a large role in the makeup of our church and its ministries. SAM is an abbreviation for senior adult ministry. This group is over 100 strong and meets once a month for fellowship, a devotion period , various types of programs and a meal which consists of some of the best food that can be found anywhere.

Along with the many avenues of ministry seniors provide here at Leawood this group really know how to have fun and play hard. Various trips are taken each year, long and short, daytime, mystery and just a bunch of fun things where something can be found for everyone to enjoy all throughout the year. We would love for you to join with us.
